  1. Bonus amounts credited to the player’s Bonus Balance are subject to 30 times playthrough requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

  1. As the player meets the wagering requirements of the promotion bonus received, the Bonus Balance will decrease in increments of 10 credits and be added to the player’s Cash Balance.
  2. All winnings generated through bets from the Cash Balance will be added to the Cash Balance.
  3. Play through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
  4. For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the player’s cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
  5. The player may withdraw their Cash Balance from their account at any point, unless the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met in full.
  6. If the player requests a manual withdrawal of their deposit before fulfilling all wagering requirements of a particular bonus, the player will forfeit their winnings as well as their remaining Bonus Balance.
  7. Upon making a withdrawal, if the casino deems that the player has used their bonus for profit instead of extending their time playing, or if the player demonstrated irregular play as defined in clause 14 of our General Terms and Conditions, the player will forfeit their cash winnings.
  8. A bonus balance cannot under any circumstance be withdrawn from any account.

If a player requests a withdrawal for an amount greater than 5 times their lifetime deposits at Red Flush Casino or any of our sister casinos, the withdrawal amount will be paid in portions of up to 5000 credits per week. The remaining credits will remain in the player’s account until he/she is eligible for further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. The following criteria have to be met in order to qualify for our weekly opt-in promotions:
